Frequently asked questions

Which photos should I send?

Photos where the faces are clearly visible give the most beautiful animations. Houses, landscapes and group photos are welcome too: the scene will be animated. To capture a printed photo, lay it flat in daylight and photograph it without the flash.

For the TV or for the phone?

The film is horizontal (TV, computer) or vertical (phone). Both formats together: +€19.

Can I use our family's song?

You choose from our copyright-free music. For a song that means a lot to your family, you can add it yourself to the downloaded film: we explain how, step by step.

Who sees my photos?

No one: they are only used to make your film, and no person looks at them. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

Does the film say that the photos are animated?

Yes: as the law requires, every film carries the label “Photos animated with AI”.
