Incarn, the facts

Incarn animates a photo: the face blinks, smiles and gently turns its head; when there is no clear face, the scene itself moves. Each animation is generated for that specific photo by an AI video model, Seedance 2.0. Incarn is made mainly for old family photos, in black and white, sepia or colour.

One credit = one animation. One-time payment by card, no subscription or renewal, and credits never expire. Prices include VAT:

Outside the euro area, the checkout page (Stripe) may show the amount converted into your currency. A gift card is available for packs of 5 to 50 photos.

Yes: one free animation when you sign up with an email address or a Google account, no credit card. You watch it as a low-definition preview (540p) with a “preview” watermark. The HD video without that watermark takes one paid credit.

63 seconds at the median, and 9 animations out of 10 are ready in under 83 seconds (all animations of the last 30 days, measured on 25 October 2026).

A 5-second MP4 video file in 720p, without sound, to download and share as you like. A small, discreet line at the bottom reads “photo brought to life at www.incarn.co”. The file also carries Content Credentials (C2PA standard) stating that it was made with AI.

JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC (iPhone photos), up to 10 MB, ideally 512 pixels or more on each side. Scans and phone pictures of prints both work. A photo with no visible face is refused before generation, without using a credit. Prohibited content is blocked by an automatic filter.

They are never used to train AI models. Content you do not buy is removed from your account after 45 days, then erased from our servers no later than 60 days after that. Content you buy stays available as long as your account exists. The animation is computed by our AI provider (BytePlus, in Singapore) under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can delete your account and all your files at any time. Privacy policy

An animation that fails for a technical reason gives its credit back automatically. Unused credits can be refunded during the legal 14-day withdrawal period. Terms
