Incarn uses Seedance 2.0, a state-of-the-art AI video generation model, to detect faces in your photo and create realistic, natural-looking animations. Just upload a photo and the AI does the rest.

How much does it cost?

It's simple: 1 photo for €5, or 5 photos for €15 (€3 per photo). Each photo comes with 3 different animations. No subscription, no commitment.

What photo formats are supported?

Incarn accepts JPEG, PNG, and WebP images. Any photo with a visible face will work -family portraits, vintage photos, school pictures, or historical images.

How long does the animation take?

Most animations are generated within 1 to 3 minutes depending on the image. You can close the page and come back -your video will be waiting for you.

Is my photo data private and secure?

Yes. Your photos are stored securely and are only used to generate your animation. We never share your images with third parties or use them for AI training.
