The Incarn node for n8n animates a photo from a file or a link, can wait for the video and attaches the MP4 to the output. It also works as a tool for the n8n AI agent.
Animation > Create: from a binary file or an image URL, optional motion prompt, waits for the video and attaches the MP4.
Animation > Get: status and video of an animation.
Account > Get: email and remaining credits.
Webhook URL and idempotency key options: a retry never animates, or charges, twice.
Set it up
1Create an API key on your Incarn developer page.
2In a self-hosted n8n, open Settings, then Community nodes, and install n8n-nodes-incarn.
3Add the Incarn node to a workflow and create an Incarn API credential with your key.
4Choose Animation > Create, turn on Wait for Video and Download Video.
Ideas of automations
Google Drive trigger, Incarn, then Google Drive upload of the MP4.
An AI agent that animates the photos a user sends in a chat.
A nightly batch that animates every photo added to a database during the day.
Price
Each animation uses 1 credit from your Incarn account: credit packs from €1.99 a photo down to €0.80, with no subscription, or developer plans from €19 a month excl. VAT. Videos come back in HD, without a watermark.
